In early 2021, a golden retriever puppy surfaced in a Spanish-language adoption post out of Monterrey, Mexico. Cradled in a single hand, he stared directly into the soul of all who scrolled past. The listing named him Caín, set beside a black-furred littermate called Abel. Both were adopted the very day the photograph was taken.
The internet kept only the golden one. Cropped from his brother and passed from page to page, he was crowned "Perro Dinero," the money dog, by a macro that promised fortune to any who made him their portrait. On the 24th of January, 2021, an anonymous hand fixed a single word beneath his grainy likeness: Jotchua. The name has held ever since.
Five years on, the money dog has never left. He now resides, immortal, upon the Solana ledger.
